Celebrating one more year

Yesterday, Jason and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. Time sure has gone by fast, and I can say with all sincerity that these have been the best 5 years of my life. Since we just came back from CA, we thought we'd keep things simple and low-key. Good thing Jason's folks are in town and babysat for us. So, we packed up a light dinner, took a country drive and ended up picnic-ing at a lake. It was nice...Weather was real cooperative too.

Then, we went to Market Street for some dessert and fruit. It was a good, relaxing date night....which by the way, we haven't had a date since.......9+ months??! I guess that's life with kids.
